Joseph Hoover
Halleluyah! There is a God. I was contacted yesterday, after years of prayer, with further information on my Hoover family line that appeared to have stopped with ABRAHAM HOOVER (who allegedly ran off with the maid from Risingsun, Ohio to Ligonere, Indiana, possibly meeting up with his son John Henry Hoover and his family).
Abraham Hoover was born in 1834 in Pennsylvania, brother of Jacob Hoover (born 1846), sons of JOHN HOOVER.
John Hoover died July 25, 1869 Seneca County, Ohio. John Hoover was the son of Joseph Hoover.
JOSEPH HOOVER was born 1811 Sweden, died 1896 Seneca County Ohio, buried in Bradner Cemetery, Rt. 23, Bradner, Ohio.
So Joseph Hoover is my Great-Great-Great-Great Grandfather. :-)

(The search goes on as there are always errors to correct and confusion to dispel between similar names and such, but it's well worth it to me!).
